Making business these days can be easier than in the past. It is true that the competition these days is huge but there is more too. Some companies offer cheap where others more expensive goods, the number of the customers is huge now, the people know and evaluate the good quality service. All these things give the chance to people who are ready to dedicate their time to what they love, to do it and to make some money out of it. Even if you are not great trader you can still offer products that to satisfy the needs of big number of people.

The question which any small entrepreneur asks is how to start and to push the business forward when you do not have enough money for all the things which big international companies do. Can you actually be successful without the huge budgets of the big companies? The answer is yes and the reasons for that are several.

1. The big companies do not have “face”. They, because of their size, keep big distance from their customers. The small companies on the other hand can afford to talk with each potential and old client, to understand its needs and to make everything possible to answer them. This of course, is possible because of the smaller number of customers. These small companies can be represented by the owner. He/she can show its face always and talk about the products. This will make the people to see the person behind the products which will increase their trust immensely. They will know where their money go and who will deliver them the product. This sort of behaviour, according to me, made Apple that successful. The people, even today, connect Apple with Steve Jobs. In our minds this man was the one who made iPhones and iPods and because we liked him, we liked the products. So, even if your product is not the best, if you show all its benefits, you can still be a successful trader.

2. Quality is another key factor in the trading. Do not forget that the people give their money not to you but for a product. They want something good in return and if you give it to them they will come back. They will recommend you to their friends and so on. They may even make some cheap calls and tell people abroad. 

3. If you do not manufacture the good yourself, you can buy them from China. Not everything from this country has bad quality and if you are picky enough, you will be able to make a very good bargain.
Tip: it is not necessary to go to China for the goods. Go on the internet, choose the things, make some cheap calls to China and talk with the people. So, if you cannot find job and you want to be boss of your own, make a small plan and establish a small company. This may be the most risky and still the most important step in your life.
