Google plus Hangouts: Face to face with up to 9 people
A few days ago, I have found the service Google+ Hangout, the first difference with Skype is that when you are more than two, you can have Skype audio only, no video or share documents or screens (we always speak of the free version), while in Hangout can see you with up to 9 friends .
Advantage:
Videoconferencing with up to 9 people live, the application works easily, detects who is speaking and what happens to the big screen.
If someone is not in hangout and you want to include on the phone then you can. In the U.S. and Canada has no cost, but here.
You can share applications like Docs, Youtube, share your screen, play, etc... You can also broadcast live at Hangout encounters by way of talks, lectures, etc..
The hangout that are broadcast live are automatically recorded and saved to your account, which do not require a live recording software, but there are many that are free and allow you to record only the Parameter that Display hangout, for example;
ScreenCastle : Is a free program that lets you record the whole screen (or just the Hangout window), the operation is very simple.
The only "problem" is that the video must be uploaded to your website, where you will have many options to share, from links to social networks, even code to embed it in a blog.
Pixetell : It works something suitable. Located at the top of the screen and record the user's window remains active, which in this case should be the Hangout. When finished, you can export the video in various formats like FLV, AVI, OGV, or MOV.
Screenr : I do not think that is the best option, but at least it works directly from the browser. The downside is that only lets you record for five minutes, after which you must access your website to upload the video. You have several options to share, including the code to embed it on a website.
BB FlashBack Express : A program that has an interface somewhat dated, but it does its job very well. No recording limit, and has a built-in player, apart from several basic editing tools. In the end, you can export the video in Flash format (SWF and FLV), or upload directly to YouTube.
Screencast-O-Matic : Another browser-based recorder, so no need to download anything. Recording is limited to 15 minutes, and the resulting video has a watermark. It is very easy to use, allowing to upload the video directly to YouTube or the official website of the company.
