My favorite healthy chocolate company, Gnosis Chocolate, recently opened up a pop-up shoppe here in NYC. The pop-up store on East 23rd Street is nestled inside Organique, an organic take-out restaurant. I knew I wanted to check out the shoppe and show the Gnosis team my support because there’s no telling how long they’ll be at this location. But then I found out all items in the store are 15% off, so I really booked it over there!

Gnosis’ Head Chocolatier, Lauren Gockley (aka Ms. Truffle), greeted me at the store and let me snap a few pics of their gorgeous hand-made truffles and the nutrition-packed superfoods added to their silky-smooth chocolate bars. Gnosis Founder, Vanessa Barg (aka Chocolate Girl) was off doing a chocolate tasting at Whole Foods, but Lauren took good care of me.
