Arthritis results from the swelling of the joints. Today, there are over 100 varieties of arthritis that fall under Gout, Osteoarthritis, and Rheumatoid. It is absorbed by the body when soaked in hot water. This can help relax and sooth stiff muscles and joints. Another common method of treating arthritis is by drinking alfalfa seeds. Mix one teaspoon of the seed with boiling water. Taking the mixture 3 to 4 times a day for two weeks will provide relief from inflammation.
