Daughter of the Centaurs is Book #1 in the new Centuriad series, a dystopian fantasy trilogy by Kate Klimo. This novel in the trilogy is more about a young woman’s relationship with horses than it is about Centaurs, and the Centaurs are not like other Centaurs I’ve read about. That was fine with me. There is also a lot of world building necessary but it’s done in such a way that it doesn’t detract from the storyline. If you like fantasy and/or dystopian fantasy, then you may want to check this one out.
