Yes, the famous Apple tablet can be used to make international calls with it. In fact, thanks to the numerous apps available for the iPad, users can turn this device into a phone. Although the iPad can connect to internet over mobile network, it does not make calls through it. But all this can be fixed by installing few very useful apps on your iPad.

Instead this app will show you who is using this app on his mobile phone. This way you can make international calls with your iPad for free simply by connecting to internet.

Although many people think that making calls with an iPad is not possible because the tablet can connect to mobile networks only to use internet, this is not entirely true. With a headset, internet connection and few apps you can easily make calls with an iPad.
