Aeroponics Made Easy

Over a year ago i started researching different ways to grow a succesful indoor garden. It did not take me long which system i wanted to make. One reason I chose aeroponics over hydroponics was space. While aeroponics takes up less room than hydroponics it also delivers the nutrients with fine water spray and the roots are always in air, not sitting in water like a ebb flow or hydroponic systems.

When it comes to putting your mouth where the money is and with all the different systems out there I can say with out a doubt that the aeroponic system i made runs almost on automatic. I just have to watch the nutrients, keep water in the reservoir tank and adjust light heights. it is pretty simple system. So when it comes to the amount of time put into it, it averages minutes a day, and thats all.

As far as maintinance to the system i have had to change out the reservoir tank three times in nine months. I did not wait for the plants to say change the tank . I noticed changes in my PPM reading. When I saw the readings going up and down and not stabalizing. That was a clue to me to change the tanks. When fresh water and nutrients where put into the reservoir tank the readings on the PPM measures very fast and stops on one number like 225 PPM.

If you are interested on how to build one of these system just go to my blog at MyAeroponics. There I have details and a free book with more detail on making a custome garden in your home or green house.
