3.  If you love pictures and have lots of them, add your framed pictures to a wall to make a feature wall, or add a border of framed pictures at eye level on each wall.  You can tailor the depth of the border to suit your own design. If you want a bespoke design you can use light coloured acrylic sheets cut into several panels. Mount your frameless pictures onto one side and add a cardboard backing or mount onto material and then cover with the acrylic panels and affix to the wall for your own bespoke picture gallery. New houses are likely to have plasterboard walls which can limit what you can hang on the wall.  It's possible to buy special plasterboard fixings to make the process of fixing items to a plasterboard easier, but still with restrictions to the weight and size.  If your careful you should be able to drill holes into you acrylic panels to mount to the wall.  A local merchant might also be able to do this for you.
